I went through a Career Coaching path with Michela, she has been of great help. Her experience and her communication skills have helped me to recognize the objective and guide me towards it. Each of the parts of the project has served to build the final result, it is very satisfying to see that personal work has concrete achievements. She guides effectively towards the objective.
