How Coaching can support your leaders?
Any organization knows how valuable are motivated and effective leaders and teams.
As a coach, I lead coaching paths for managers, executives and working teams. In my practice, I have experienced that people increase their effectiveness, maximizing their contribution in the organizational context as soon as they gain awareness of their strengths and develop a greater ability to understand the relationships dynamics.
Leadership development is a process. It is important to support it with vision, commitment and action.
Why me as a coach?
Since the beginning of my career, I have worked with Senior Leaders at global level on leadership development at all levels of the organization – from Young Talent to Senior Executives.
I know what it means to develop professional seniority in international organizational contexts.
I work with organizations that want to strengthen the leadership of their managers and the cohesion and effectiveness of their teams.
How we work together
I listen carefully to the needs of companies and develop coaching paths aligning with their culture and organizational goals. I tailor my coaching proposal in light of defined needs and expectations. As an accredited ICF Coach, I operate in full compliance with the professional ethical standards and confidential guidelines set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Live and in Virtual mode
I live and work in Turin (Italy), but thanks to the current advanced technology I can work virtually all over Italy and abroad.
We can work in presence or remotely depending on the needs and resources set by the client organization.

As a Coach I use the diagnostic tool “Clifton Strengths“, developed on the basis of the principles of Positive Psychology by the American company Gallup. Identifying the individuals and Teams’ Talents in the coaching path provide focus and identify levers to maximize people’s value and contribution.
