The Work Methodology

Three main ingredients in my methodology:

The CliftonStrengths methodology, to map the overall strengths and uniqueness of the Team and underline the specificity of each component;
The Systemic approach, based on the principles of Ecopsychology, to define the sustainability drivers of the team;
Communication and relationship techniques, acquired in my Corporate experience as a trainer, to support the Team in the team dynamics.


