How Do I Support You In Assessing Your Talents?
As a Coach I use the “Clifton Strengths”, Assessement tool developed on the basis of the Positive Psychology principles of, by the American company Gallup, to identify individual and teams top talents and strengths profile.
As one of the few Italian Coaches certified with the CliftonStrengths Coaching Methodology, I have seen how empowering is this methodology when using it with either individuals and/or teams.
What Is The “CliftonStrengths” Assessment?
The diagnostic tool CliftonStrengths, developped on the basis of the principles of Positive Psychology by the American company Gallup, has been adopted by companies of considerable size and has been widely used for twenty years, with international coverage.
The CliftonStrengths Profile maps the unique and specific DNA of a person’s talents, highlighting levers to use to strengthen personal effectiveness and maximize professional contribution.
According to research by Gallup, the chances of finding a person with the same talents within the Top 5 are extremely rare (1 out of 33 milions).
How Do I Support You In Identifying Your Strengths?
Shall you be an individual or a team searching to maximize your strengths, as a Coach, certified on the CliftonStrengths methodology, I will help you understand how the mix of talents makes you unique and at the same time how the team will benefit in leveraging on each others’ strengths. The ultimate goal is to accompany you in maximizing the expression of your talents by putting them intentionally into action to achieve your goals.

The creator of the CliftonStrengths method, Donald Clifton, Psychologist and Researcher, was aware that in order to transform Talents into Strengths, a Coaching journey was required.
I experienced first-hand the benefits of this methodology, that leverages people’s areas of strength rather than areas of weakness. That is why I decided to get my Certification in London in 2019. I am proud to be one of the few Italian Coaches certified with the CliftonStrengths Methodology.
